Local Trainers are Volunteering Time at the Boys Ranch Town

 

Edmond – 180 Personal Training, a locally owned personal training studio, is making health and fitness a reality for the Boys Ranch Town in Edmond.

Zach Benear, Chris Crawford and Jeff Gibson, owners of 180 Personal Training, are volunteering time with the Boys Ranch Town to teach them the importance of staying active and living healthy lifestyles. One Sunday afternoon every month is spent meeting with the boys to instruct them on proper exercise technique, nutrition and the importance of making fitness a part of their everyday lives.

In addition, one of the boys will be awarded free individual training sessions at the end of the year for showing the most initiative in maintaining an active lifestyle. The winner will get to train at 180 Personal Training, which is located at 14416 N. Lincoln Blvd. in Edmond.
