Dustin, Matt, Steve, and Ryan of Way of Strength are now leading Kettlebell Classes at 180 Personal Training. Get Mobile! Get Strong! Get Lean! Get a Kettlebell!

What the Training Consists of...

While the core Kettlebell drills will be the foundation of our classes. The Way of Strength staff also incorporates breathe work, bodyweight exercises and advanced joint mobility techniques. We don’t just train you; we teach you the skill of strength and the art of mobility!

Orientation Workshop: $99.00

 

This fee for this Workshop is applied to your first months Students Fees when you sign-up for the Foundation Class Package.

 

Foundation Class Package: $204.00 per month

 

Ways of Strength Kettlebell classes are sold in packages and require a 3 month commitment. For more information please visit Way of Strength for more info.

Classes

Your first step to start kettlebell classes is the Orientation Workshop. These are typically held on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Attendance in this workshop is mandatory before you are allowed entrance into the regular scheduled classes.

 

We offer 3 levels of Classes. Foundation (Beginner), Pillar (Intermediate) and Apex (Advanced). Foundation Classes are held 3 times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We are currently offering the following time slots:

 

Early AM: 5:30-6:15 AM

Morning: 9:30-10:15 AM

Evening: 5:30-6:15 PM

Late PM: 7:45-8:30 PM
