Men’s Training Class

Join Jeff Gibson, co-owner of 180 Personal Training, for his men’s training class! If you are wanting to get bigger, stronger, and more explosive this is the class for you!

$40/week

What the Training Consists of...

We use traditional (bench press, squat, etc) and non traditional (tire flipping, kettlebell training, etc) It consists of two days of heavy lifting (Lower Body/Upper Body), one day of power training, and one day of conditioning.

Class is Limited!

Please contact Jeff to sign up, this class is designed for men and may not be suitable for everyone. Class size is limited to 6 people so that it will stay what it is and not turn into a group exercise class!
